Kevin Gorman is President of the Electrical Minority Caucus San Diego & Imperial Counties. Vice-president of IBEW local 569. Kevin has been a Journeyman wireman for 25 years and is a California Certified Electrician and a proud advocate for our members. Kevin is a founding member of the Electrical Workers Minority Caucus San Diego & Imperial Counties.



Kevin Alvin is a Business Ageent for the IBEW Local 569 and Recording Secretary of the Electrical Minority Caucus San Diego & Imperial Counties. Kevin has been a Journeyman wireman for over 20 years and is a California Certified Electrician. Kevin is an advocate for all workers rights and those of all IBEW members.
Delphie (Della) Cole started her career in 1983 as a Integration field and bench technician which evolved to her current position as a Project Engineer/Project Manager. For the past 6 years she has also been actively involved in the evenings as an Instructor teaching a low voltage apprentice class, journeyman classes along with the Position as one of the certified CPR instructors that supply training and certification to all San Diego IBEW569 electricians. She has been a participating board member of the Electrical Workers Minority Caucus for the past year.


Keith Richardson is Certified Journeyman Wireman with over 25 years experience. Keith has server as Treasurer of IBEW Local 569, JATC Board member and is currently the Vice President of the Electrical Workers Minority Caucus San Diego & Imperial Counties. Currently Keith is heading the Fund Raising drives for the EWMC.
Ted Taylor graduated from the IBEW Apprenticeship program over 30 years ago. Mr. Taylor is the Plant Manager for the San Diego Metro Wastewater Department's Pt. Loma Treatment Plant and it's major pump stations. Ted is one of the founding members of ONYX trasformed into the EWMC San Diego & Imperial Counties. Ted leads the Mentoring Commette and has been a board member for over 2 years.



Bert Richardson started his career as an electrician in 1976. He attended IBEW/NECA apprenticeship training classes from 1980 to 1984 when he achieved journeyman status. In 1999, Mr. Richardson was asked to serve as assistant training director for the San Diego Electrical Training Center, the training arm of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the National Electrical Contractors Association. In addition to his 39 years in the electrical industry, he has been a teacher for over 25 years.
Nephi Hancock has been in the IBEW about 40 years. Nephi graduated the IBEW Local 569 apprenticeship in 1981. Nephi has sat on the IBEW executive board for about 15 years. Nephi was appointed to the EWMC board over a year ago.
Steven Steppe has been a member of the IBEW for over 30 years. He has served as the Treasurer for the EWMC for over 2 years now. He has been involved in training Journeymen, Apprentices and Trainees for the past year. He is involved in our high school and community outreach for over 2 years now. Steven has been involved in the San Diego Electrical Training Center starting over 20 years ago serving on the JATC as a board member. Steven also serves as the Communications Officer for the EWMC.
